Product Introduction

Tianshan TONSAN® 1527B microwave oven special sealant is a black color, specially used for microwave ovens, with low viscosity, excellent glue coating process performance, and continuous, smooth glue lines. The cured adhesive layer is not easy to scale, resistant to scrubbing, and has excellent bonding properties. It is used in the field of home appliances and is typically used to bond the magnetic glass and cavity of microwave ovens. It is suitable for machine gluing.

Product Application

TONSAN® flat seal series products are liquid before solidification and can fully fill the flat gap. Its unique sealing mechanism has better oil resistance, medium resistance, vibration resistance and aging resistance, fundamentally improving Sealing reliability, replacing gaskets to eliminate hidden dangers, and can also be mixed with gaskets included in the size chain to enhance the sealing effect. While ensuring the sealing effect, different working conditions in equipment maintenance require different characteristics of sealing materials.
