Return & Exchange Policy


Assembtek sells only brand-new authentic products. On the premise of intact packaging and correct quantity, we promise standard products (excluding non-standard items) purchased independently via our official website or other official online platforms are eligible for return/exchange per these rules. ("Intact packaging" means undamaged outer packaging, complete internal components, and no impact on repackaging or resale.)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligible products can initiate after-sales service online via [My Orders], with processing within 1-2 working days. You may also contact your dedicated account manager/customer service or call +852 5469 4616 to apply. Note: For eligible products, if the desired exchange item is out of stock, only return or alternative replacement (as needed) is available.
