LOCTITE SI 5699 is a water-resistant glycol flange sealant for flexible flanges. It can also be used to seal machined or cast surfaces, metal or plastic flanges. LOCTITE® SI 5699 is a flexible silicone sealant that cures when exposed to moisture in the air to form a tough rubber gasket/gasket. This product is mainly used for flange sealing with good oil resistance, such as rigid flange sealing for gear boxes and metal casting housings. Touch dry after 10 minutes. This product is water-glycol resistant and can be used on metal or plastic machining or casting surfaces.
