Product Introduction
Shin-Etsu KE1056 is a one-component silicone adhesive potting glue, transparent gel, Good cold resistance.
Shin-Etsu KE1056 is a low-hardness silicone potting compound with a hardness of Shore after curing A: 20, relatively wear-resistant and environmentally resistant, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and has good shock absorption.
Product Application
Shin-Etsu KE1056 is widely used in electrical insulation and has a wide applicable temperature range. Requirements for bonding, sealing and fixing of various electronic components and mechanisms; products with more such requirements. It has high and low temperature resistance, anti-aging, shock absorption and buffering, easy maintenance and excellent sealing and moisture-proof properties. Such as: electrical appliances, solar cells, batteries, hybrid integrated circuits, TC fans and components, electronic products, power, sensors, fluorescent lamps, membrane switches, LED display panels, electronic equipment, aviation systems, liquid crystal displays, cathode ray tubes, etc.
Shin-Etsu KE1056 performance introduction
1. Electrical properties: They have outstanding electrical properties in terms of volume resistivity and voltage resistance.
2. Heat-resistant and cold-resistant: they can be used in a wide temperature range (-40°C to + 180°C).
3. Impact resistance: Cured rubber has excellent rubber elasticity and absorbs vibration and impact.
4. Weather resistance: One-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber will hardly deteriorate when exposed to the outdoors for a long time. , as they have excellent UV, ozone and moisture resistance.
5. Processability: These products are easy to use as they can be processed from their tubes (or other containers ) pops up and can be used immediately.
