The process also lowers water usage, as no final rinse step is required and the overall rinse‑off demand is reduced. The lower operating temperature minimizes evaporation losses as well, further improving efficiency.
Compared with cold sealing, Bonderite M‑ED 11204 offers a completely nickel‑free solution and eliminates the need for an aging bath and subsequent rinse stages, simplifying overall process lines.
