Product Introduction

Tianshan TONSAN® 1590 instant sealing silicone rubber sealant is a black, instant sealing, high viscosity, high elongation, excellent heat aging resistance and engine oil resistance sealant. Suitable for fast-paced assembly line assembly of parts such as oil pans, and suitable for machine gluing.

Product Application

TONSAN® Plane seal series products are in liquid state before solidification and can fully fill the plane gap. Its unique sealing mechanism has better oil resistance, media resistance, vibration resistance and aging resistance, which fundamentally improves sealing reliability. Replaces gaskets to eliminate hidden dangers, or can be mixed with gaskets included in the size chain to enhance sealing effect. While ensuring the sealing effect, different working conditions in equipment maintenance require different characteristics of sealing materials.
