Product Introduction

Shin-Etsu KE4898 is a one-component silicone adhesive sealant , gray paste, is a low molecular weight silicone product. Has good pressure crack characteristics.

The characteristics of dealcoholization make it in the volatilization process It has the characteristics of low odor and low corrosion, produces neutral volatiles, and has no corrosion to electronic components.

Safe and harmless to the environment, Shin-Etsu KE4898 is a high-hardness silicone sealant. The hardness after curing is Shore A: 40, which is more wear-resistant and Resistant to environment and acid and alkali corrosion.  

Product Application

Shin-Etsu KE4898 is widely used in electrical insulation and has a wide applicable temperature range. Requirements for bonding, sealing and fixing of various electronic components and mechanisms; products with more such requirements. It has high and low temperature resistance, anti-aging, shock absorption and buffering, easy maintenance and excellent sealing and moisture-proof properties. Such as: electrical appliances, solar cells, batteries, hybrid integrated circuits, TC fans and components, electronic products, power, sensors, fluorescent lamps, membrane switches, LED display panels, electronic equipment, aviation systems, liquid crystal displays, cathode ray tubes, etc.

Shin-Etsu KE4898 performance introduction

      1. Can maintain stable heat-resistant and cold-resistant electrical characteristics in places with unstable temperature and humidity;

      2. Used in a wide temperature range, maintaining good performance at -50~250閳?

      3. It has good resistance to ultraviolet rays, ozone, smoke and moisture, and is especially suitable for outdoor use;
