Detailed product description

Product Introduction

Shin-Etsu KE45W is a one-component silicone adhesive sealant in white paste form. It is a non-flowing silicone sealant with good operability.
The characteristics of deoxime type make it have the smell of oxime type gas during the volatilization process, and it is corrosive to copper-based metals, so it cannot be used In parts that come into contact or indirect contact with copper-based metals. However, oxime-type silicone gel has stronger bonding performance and storage properties. Therefore, it will have unexpectedly good bonding effect when used in areas that do not contain copper-based metals.
Shin-Etsu KE45W is a low-hardness silicone sealant. The hardness after curing is Shore D: 30, which is relatively wear-resistant and environmentally resistant. , resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has good shock absorption.

Product Application

Shin-Etsu KE45W is widely used in electrical insulation and has a wide applicable temperature range. Requirements for bonding, sealing and fixing of various electronic components and mechanisms; products with more such requirements. It has high and low temperature resistance, anti-aging, shock absorption and buffering, easy maintenance and excellent sealing and moisture-proof properties. Such as: electrical appliances, solar cells, batteries, hybrid integrated circuits, TC fans and components, electronic products, power, sensors, fluorescent lamps, membrane switches, LED display panels, electronic equipment, aviation systems, liquid crystal displays, cathode ray tubes, etc.

Shin-Etsu KE45W performance introduction

       1. Electrical properties: They have outstanding electrical properties in terms of volume resistivity and voltage resistance.

       2. Heat-resistant and cold-resistant: they can be used in a wide temperature range ( - 40°C to +180°C).

       3. Impact resistance: Cured rubber has excellent rubber elasticity and absorbs vibrations and impact.

They are virtually impervious to deterioration as they have excellent resistance to UV, ozone and moisture.

       5. Workability: These products are easy to use as they can be processed from their The tube (or other container) pops out and is used immediately.
