Product Introduction

Loctite E-30CL is a low viscosity industrial grade epoxy adhesive. Once mixed, the two-component epoxy resin cures at room temperature with minimal shrinkage to form an ultra
clear adhesive bonding layer with excellent impact resistance. This fully cured epoxy is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents and has excellent dimensional stability over a wide temperature range. Typical applications include bonding, small potting, riveting and laminating applications where optical clarity and excellent structural, mechanical and electrical insulation properties are required. Loctite E-30CL bonds most materials including glass, fiber optics, ceramics, metals and many rigid plastics.

Q_01 Can I get the technical data sheet for this grade?

Yes. Tell us the grade and how you intend to use it, and we will send the manufacturer’s current technical data sheet. We pass manufacturer documentation through unchanged rather than reissuing it under our own name.

Q_02 Do you issue compliance certificates?

No — and you should be careful with anyone in our position who says they do. What we supply is the document chain: which document exists, who issued it, what it covers, and notification when it changes. Compliance statements come from the manufacturer, not from us.

Q_03 Can you help me find an equivalent to a grade I already use?

That is one of the most common reasons engineers contact us. Equivalence is a ladder, not a yes/no answer — some claims are backed by a matching data sheet, others only by chemistry family. We will tell you which rung a given substitution sits on before you commit to it.
