LOCTITE ABLESTIK NCA 3280, epoxy, fast cure, non-conductive adhesive
LOCTITE's ABLESTIK NCA 3280 is designed for heat-sensitive applications requiring low cure temperatures. It cures quickly, allowing customers to use it in high-throughput applications such as bonding light-diffusing lenses in LEDs and assembling image-sensing devices, including camera modules. The material is white and offers higher light reflectivity. LOCTITE ABLESTIK NCA 3280 provides higher levels of adhesion at elevated temperatures (60°C) while providing sufficient flexibility to successfully complete the production assembly process.
