Single component, white paste dealcoholized, flame retardant and heat conductive room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
After curing, the adhesive layer is an elastomer;
After curing, alcohol substances are released, which are non-corrosive to most metals;
The content of small molecules is less than 300ppm;
It has excellent weather resistance, moisture resistance and heat resistance, excellent bonding performance, and good adhesion to most metals, plastics, ceramics and glass.
It fully complies with the requirements of the EU ROHS directive.
Typical uses: Mechanical bonding and sealing of electronic and electrical components such as TV, CRT, power supply, communication equipment, and bonding and fixing of electronic components. Bonding and sealing of other metals, plastics, glass, etc. that require flame retardancy and heat conductivity.
