Product Introduction
Loctite 3311 is primarily designed for bonding rigid or flexible PVC to polycarbonate while maintaining Stress cracking will not occur under manufacturing stress levels. It allows for easy assembly of components with tight fit tolerances (i.e. joining polycarbonate to flexible PVC pipe) and is recommended for applications involving small gaps of less than 0.25mm. It also shows excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including glass, many plastics and most metals. Suitable for assembly of disposable medical devices.
ISO-10993 Biocompatibility Testing Certification
ISO 10993 test protocol is an integral part of Loctite® 3311™ quality program. Loctite® 3311™ has passed Henkel's ISO 10993 agreement and can be selected for use in the production of products for the medical device industry. Certificates of compliance are available on the Henkel website or through the Henkel Quality Department.
