Detailed product description

Product Introduction

Shin-Etsu KE3495T is a one-component silicone adhesive sealant, thixotropic The adhesive is a low-molecular silicone-reduced product. It is a non-flowing silicone sealant with good operability.

The characteristics of deacetone type make it have the smell of acetone gas during the volatilization process, and it has quick drying and good sealing and heat resistance. No corrosion to metals and plastics.

Shin-Etsu KE3495TIt is a low-hardness silicone sealant. The hardness after curing is Shore A: 30. It is relatively wear-resistant and environment-resistant, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and has good shock absorption.

Product Application

Shin-Etsu KE3495T is widely used in the bonding and sealing of electronic parts and mechanisms. It has high and low temperature resistance, anti-aging, shock-absorbing and buffering, easy maintenance and excellent sealing and moisture-proof properties. Such as: electrical cabinets; solar cells; batteries; hybrid integrated circuits; TC heating fans and components; electrical products; power supplies; sensors; fluorescent lamps; membrane switches; LED display panels; military electronic devices; aviation systems; LCD monitors; CRT cathode rays Tube. It is mostly used for sealing and moisture-proofing car lamp housings, and can be used in general industry.

Shin-Etsu KE3495T performance introduction

       1. Electrical properties: They have outstanding electrical properties in terms of volume resistivity and voltage resistance.

       2. Heat-resistant and cold-resistant: they can be used in a wide temperature range ( - 40°C to +180°C).

       3. Impact resistance: Cured rubber has excellent rubber elasticity and absorbs vibrations and impact.

They are virtually impervious to deterioration as they have excellent resistance to UV, ozone and moisture.

       5. Workability: These products are easy to use as they can be processed from their The tube (or other container) pops out and is used immediately.

Common questions

Before you send the enquiry

Yes. Tell us the grade and how you intend to use it, and we will send the manufacturer’s current technical data sheet. We pass manufacturer documentation through unchanged rather than reissuing it under our own name.

No — and you should be careful with anyone in our position who says they do. What we supply is the document chain: which document exists, who issued it, what it covers, and notification when it changes. Compliance statements come from the manufacturer, not from us.

That is one of the most common reasons engineers contact us. Equivalence is a ladder, not a yes/no answer — some claims are backed by a matching data sheet, others only by chemistry family. We will tell you which rung a given substitution sits on before you commit to it.

Packaging sizes shown on this page are the standard units for this grade. Sample quantities for evaluation are handled case by case — tell us the trial you are planning and we will scope it with you.

Tell us what you are bonding

Substrates, process window, and the failure you are trying to design out. An engineer answers, not a form.

We do not issue compliance certificates. We supply the material, the manufacturer’s documentation, and the engineering judgement in between.
