Detailed product description

Product Introduction

Shin-Etsu KE347B is a one-component organic silicone adhesive sealant, a black medium viscosity viscous product. It is a non-flowing organic silicone sealant with good operability.

The characteristics of deacetonization make it have the smell of acetone gas during the volatilization process , with quick drying and good sealing and heat resistance. Non-corrosive to metals and plastics.

Shin-Etsu KE347B is a low-hardness silicone sealant with a hardness of It is Shore A: 30, has good wear resistance and environmental resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and good shock absorption.

Product Application

Shin-Etsu KE347B is widely used in electrical insulation and has a wide applicable temperature range. Requirements for bonding, sealing and fixing of various electronic components and mechanisms; products with more such requirements. It has high and low temperature resistance, anti-aging, shock absorption and buffering, easy maintenance and excellent sealing and moisture-proof properties. Such as: electrical appliances, solar cells, batteries, hybrid integrated circuits, TC fans and components, electronic products, power, sensors, fluorescent lamps, membrane switches, LED display panels, electronic equipment, aviation systems, liquid crystal displays, cathode ray tubes, etc.

Shin-Etsu KE347B performance introduction

  1. Electrical properties: They have outstanding electrical properties in terms of volume resistivity and voltage resistance.
  2. Heat and cold resistance: they can be used in a wide temperature range (-40°C to +180°C) .
  3. Impact resistance: Cured rubber has excellent rubber elasticity and absorbs vibration and impact.
  4. Weather Resistance: One-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubbers will hardly deteriorate when exposed to the outdoors for extended periods of time because of their excellent UV resistant,
  5. Workability: These products are easy to use as they can be removed from their tubes (or other containers) Pop it up and use it immediately.

Common questions

Before you send the enquiry

Yes. Tell us the grade and how you intend to use it, and we will send the manufacturer’s current technical data sheet. We pass manufacturer documentation through unchanged rather than reissuing it under our own name.

No — and you should be careful with anyone in our position who says they do. What we supply is the document chain: which document exists, who issued it, what it covers, and notification when it changes. Compliance statements come from the manufacturer, not from us.

That is one of the most common reasons engineers contact us. Equivalence is a ladder, not a yes/no answer — some claims are backed by a matching data sheet, others only by chemistry family. We will tell you which rung a given substitution sits on before you commit to it.

Packaging sizes shown on this page are the standard units for this grade. Sample quantities for evaluation are handled case by case — tell us the trial you are planning and we will scope it with you.

Tell us what you are bonding

Substrates, process window, and the failure you are trying to design out. An engineer answers, not a form.

We do not issue compliance certificates. We supply the material, the manufacturer’s documentation, and the engineering judgement in between.
