Arkema successfully started up its 15% PVDF capacity expansion in North America
This capacity expansion in Calvert City, Kentucky, strengthens the Group’s leadership in PVDF. This investment of around 20 million US dollars wi...
Starting from the Production Floor We began as an industrial hardware supplier, working closely with factories on daily production needs. This early stage gave us first-hand exposure to: • Real assembly conditions • On-site production constraints • Practical problem-solving in manufacturing environments
From Supply to Application Understanding. We later became an authorized distributor for adhesive brands such as 3M and Henkel. While representing leading brands, we recognized that many challenges were not about the adhesive itself, but about application methods, process control, and production consistency—areas often beyond traditional distribution support.
Beyond Products, Toward Processes As client requirements became more complex, material supply alone was no longer sufficient. We expanded into adhesive process support, focusing on joint design, dispensing methods, curing conditions, and early-stage validation to improve production stability.
Designing Processes Ready for Scale and Transfer Today, Assembtek operates as a global engineering consulting platform. We help manufacturers design transfer-ready adhesive processes that remain stable across production lines, factories, and regions—supporting automation, scale-up, and China-plus-One manufacturing strategies.
Rather than operating as individual specialists,
our team works as a cross-functional engineering unit, ensuring that material
choices, process design, and production realities are aligned from the start:
Adhesive application engineering
Automated dispensing and assembly equipment
Manufacturing process development (EVT / DVT / PVT / MP)
Reliability and validation testing
